All-cash purchases continue to dominate in certain parts of the U.S. In a recent report by FOX Business, five states stood out with the highest percentage of cash buyers in 2024. These numbers reflect competitive markets where financing can often take a backseat to speed and certainty.

Statewide Cash Sales (2024): 18.13%
Mat-Su Core (2024): 12.95%
